For those of you who do not know...my dad has embarked on an epic journey across America. (Wow...sounds impressive!) He and my cousin Kathy are riding their bicycles from Seattle to Washington DC. It'll be a total of around 3,300 miles and will take them 48 days.

- Avocado Egg Mangle is an example of how a marriage should work. Troy loved egg mangle toast (soft boiled egg mashed onto toast) and Beth loved Avocado toast (Avocado mashed onto toast duh!) It was great to get up to date with the news (great news!!!). We visited your father's blog and read it ALL :-) What a courageous man! We'll check it again to see what is happening, hope we'll find updates.
