- Avocado Egg Mangle is an example of how a marriage should work. Troy loved egg mangle toast (soft boiled egg mashed onto toast) and Beth loved Avocado toast (Avocado mashed onto toast duh!) Put them together and ... all the result of listening to each other and being willing to compromise. We're trying to get better at that in all areas of our lives.

Such a bunch of wonderful new pictures, Beth!! It's fun to see pictures of "Cap" and "Cea" on your blog, too! Danny's head of curly blonde hair is awesome. Your two little sons are sure CUTE!
